The total video time of all the modules is 3 hours. The course is made up of a combination of slides and live video. The recipe demonstrations are longer than the other lessons as I take you through each recipe and what each stage should look like.

I give recommendations for brands that I like and use and where you can find them. Most of these ingredients can be found at your local grocery store, health food store, or online.
